  • In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price and will notify you promptly.

Allergen Notice: Our products contain sesame. While sesame is a seed and not a tree nut, it is recognized as a major food allergen. Please review all product labels and ingredient lists carefully before purchasing or consuming our products.

4. Orders and Payment

When you place an order through the Site, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraud.

5. Shipping

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. Shipping terms and policies include:

  • Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
  • Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
  • Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
  • It is your responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

6. Returns and Refunds

Your satisfaction is important to us. Our return policy is as follows:

  • Due to the perishable nature of food products, we cannot accept returns on opened items.
  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at our discretion.
  • Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, minus shipping costs. Items must be in their original, sealed packaging.

  • You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without our express written consent.
  • Limited, personal, non-commercial use such as printing a recipe for home use is permitted.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
